Position Summary:  

The jobholder will be in charge of formalizing the Training course footprints to be validated by Training Flight Department, Customers, Customer Sales and Planning. Incumbent will then be responsible for implementing the change of footprint in our internal tools (MyTeam).

 Primary Responsibilities:

  • Formalize training course Footprint: In coordination with Training Flight Department, the jobholder will formalize the training course footprint using a pre-define template (Excel). This document will be the reference for the Training organization and will have to be approved by all involved actors (Customers, Sales, Fligt Department, Planning, and Scheduling).
  • Update course footprint: For any Course footprint validated, the corresponding footprint shall be updated / created in our internal tool (MyTeam).
  • Check current courses: For any course footprint validated, the Jobholder will also check that the current courses scheduled are in accordance with the courses footprint validated.

Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:   

Education:

  • Enrolled in accredited university, full-time 4-year degree program in Engineering / Business Administration / related technical field

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a corporate business environment preferred.

 Licensure/Certifications:

  • NA

Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:

  • Mature work ethic with professional demeanor and desire to contribute to organization's success.
  • Advanced level of proficiency working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented; highly analytical
  • Self-starter

Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages):

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good listener
